The super-8 projection depicts a woman in her everyday rituals in her flat. The concentration lies on her movements, the way she does things, for example brushhing her teeth, arranges the plates on the table, eats. The scenes of the film each refer to an act and are cut in line in the film. Through repetition in the loop, the everyday activities transform into kind of a ritual.
