The video consists of densly mounted takes (photography, film and video) of Jerusalem and Ramallah. These takes are backed by Radio noise signals and sounds from the original videomaterial. The sequence of images does not provide any prescribed context for the viewer and hence is free of an internal guiding logic. The disturbing elements in sound and images make devoting too much time to the single image impossible, to prevent from a possible identification with the seen. The soundtrack is evidenc for an affected communication between transmitter and receiver. As real communication doesn’t exist; it’s impossible to report with images of a real situation. The only question could be is: ‘How closely do they come to reality?’
